Convert images without uploading them
Change the format of one image or many at once: iPhone HEIC to JPG, WebP to PNG, PNG to AVIF or SVG to PNG. Conversion runs in your browser, with codecs the app brings along.
Free, no sign-up and no watermark. It opens in your browser.
What it does
Switch between JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, JPEG XL, QOI, BMP, GIF and multipage TIFF; opens SVG, ICO and HEIC.
How to use it
- Open “Convert image” and pick the images.
- Choose the output format and quality, and a background color for transparency.
- Tap “Convert image” and download the files.
Your files never leave your device
ToGoOven runs “Convert image” in your browser, with code that runs on your device. The file is not uploaded to any server: nobody else sees it and it is not stored in someone else’s cloud.
If your device is slow or the file is very large, Premium lets you choose the ToGoOven server instead: only when you ask, with your permission for each job, and the file is deleted when it is done.
Frequently asked questions
Can I convert HEIC to JPG?
Yes, if your browser can open HEIC, like Safari on iPhone and Mac. The result is a JPG that opens anywhere.
Can I convert many photos at once?
Yes. Pick them all together and download them in a .zip.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No, unless you ask. “Convert image” runs in your browser; with Premium you can pick the ToGoOven server for a heavy file, which asks for your permission before sending it and deletes it when done.
Is it free?
Yes, and with no watermark. The free plan shows ads, kept apart and unable to see your files. Premium removes the ads, works offline and accepts larger files.
Does it work without internet?
With Premium, yes: the tools keep working offline. On the free plan you need a connection to open the app, although the file is still processed on your device.
