How to use it

  1. Open “Edit PDF” and pick the file.
  2. Use the toolbar to add text, images, shapes, highlights, notes or your signature where you need them.
  3. Export the PDF, with everything fixed on the page or as annotations that stay editable.

Your files never leave your device

ToGoOven runs “Edit PDF” in your browser, with code that runs on your device. The file is not uploaded to any server: nobody else sees it and it is not stored in someone else’s cloud.

If your device is slow or the file is very large, Premium lets you choose the ToGoOven server instead: only when you ask, with your permission for each job, and the file is deleted when it is done.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the text already in the PDF?

Yes: cover the text and type over it, or use “Change PDF text” to replace a word in the same font.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The editor responds to touch: move, resize and draw with gestures.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No, unless you ask. “Edit PDF” runs in your browser; with Premium you can pick the ToGoOven server for a heavy file, which asks for your permission before sending it and deletes it when done.

Is it free?

Yes, and with no watermark. The free plan shows ads, kept apart and unable to see your files. Premium removes the ads, works offline and accepts larger files.

Does it work without internet?

With Premium, yes: the tools keep working offline. On the free plan you need a connection to open the app, although the file is still processed on your device.
